Fanny's Food Notebook, on Shutterfly
by Frances Brown, Santa Ana, California
Do you remember high school Home Economics class? I sure do! And I remember making a food notebook in the 1970's very similar to this one made by my Aunt Frances in 1942. Nutrition, food groups, menu planning were all part of the curriculum. Of course, Aunt Frances' class was learning about wartime shortages and how to fit rationing into everyday life. See the notebook here.
Franny's Food Notebook, on Mixbook
The same book made on Shutterfly, using the Mixbook website.
