Someone long ago stuck Scotch tape on a leather covering and I need some strong advice on how to get the residue off without damaging the leather. I have eliminated GooGone & nail polish remover because these would damage the shellac coating on the green-dyed leather. I would like to get the residue off because it does not add the character of the item.Thank you for any suggestion.
